Protectors

Batman says:

As someone who has the utmost respect for Police Officers worldwide, and Soldiers from all countries doing what they are ordered to do, I am writing this very rare (for me) serious post.

The ability to push past pain and fear to do something that may cost your life is the, in my opinion, the definition of bravery. Risking your life, sometimes giving your life to protect others is what these ‘Heroes’ do daily. No matter where you are from in this great world that God created for us, there is someone who has or is willing to risk their life to protect you from harm if you are in need.

Say a prayer for these people, you don’t have to agree with them, you don’t have to like them, you don’t even have to think of them, they are there always, risking their lives to allow you the peace to live life as you see it, and in my humble opinion it makes them Heroes.

Here is a a prayer for all “Protectors” :

Lord, make me an instrument of Your peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; where there is sadness, joy.

Grant me the strength to always do what’s right, and the willingness to be the shield to protect the innocent from harms way, Amen
